FIBERS FOR BRAIDING

· 2220Y RAMIE FIBER

Special-treated natural plant filament, used for braiding substrate of packing.

· 2240Y ACRYLIC FIBER

Made of polyacrylonitrile through surface treatment and reinforcement, used for braiding substrate of packing.

· 2300Y PTFE YARN

Made of imported PTFE and high temperature-resistant lubricants through special treatment, having a high strength, low creep and good self-lubrication, used for braiding of seal packings. Specifications available: 2g/m, 2.5g/m and 3g/m.

· 2311Y PTFE FILAMENT

Made of Austria-imported PTFE (a revolutionary material), superior to 2300Y in both strength and abrasion resistance, used for braiding of high-strength seal packing. Specifications available: 10000~19000 dtex.

· 2400Y PTFE GRAPHITE YARN

Made of imported PTFE and quasi-nm-level high-pure powdered graphite through special process, having good compatibility of ingredients, high strength, low creep, good corrosion-resistance and thermal conductivity, used for braiding of seal packing. Specifications available: 2g/m, 2.5g/m and 3g/m.

· 2411Y GRAPHITE-PTFE FILAMENT

Made of Austria-imported PTFE (a revolutionary material), superior to 2400Y in both strength and wearing-resistance, used for braiding of high-strength seal packing. Specifications available: 20000~23500 dtex.

· 2700Y ARAMID FIBER

Mainly made of USA or Holland-imported polyaramide (a chemical synthetic filament of the strength 10 times that of steel), used for braiding substrate of the seal packing. Specifications available: 1670 dtex.

· 2750Y KYNOL FIBER

Import phenolic fiber treated by PROIM，used for braiding substrate of packing.
