CPS 1300 MVP Valve Packing Ring Set is specially engineered to perfection to provide a positive seal, zero leakage to all valve applications.
The top and bottom end-ring support act as an anti-extrusion that confer high resistance against pressure. These two rings are molded utilizing CPS 2111INC Braided Packing of the same basic material and has the ability to be molded into an endless rings.
The center tings are molded utilizing our Pure expanded Flexible Graphite Tapes into a square or U-shaped adapter Profile Ring of different densities reducing chances of a packing blow outs due to common pressure surges. Compensates for thermal expansion and contraction and absorbs vibration shocks while under operation.
CPS 1300 MVP does not harden or crystallized, it is 100% airtight upon compression and provides a low friction factor.
